Wither Storm Sickness Shader

This datapack applies Pinky G. Rocket's "Withered Filter" shader when the player has wither sickness, also comes with a photosensitive mode.

Known Issues:

Shader has to be reapplied every second, this can have performance impacts and obnoxious stutters, I don't know how to fix this.

Shader is removed temporarily when changing perspectives.
