Description:
Vitality is a mod that adds a diet system to Minecraft. Its main goal is to encourage players to consume more 'healthy' foods like carrots, apples, beetroot, etc.
If you've eaten a healthy food item recently, you will gain extra movement abilities: Double Jumping, Wall Jumping, and Soft Landing.
If you haven't eaten a healthy food item in a while, you will be at risk of having the weakness status effect.
Additionally, when improving your diet to 'Good', you will gain a small amount of regeneration.
Double Jump: Press space while mid-air. Holding shift/crouch will also increase the height of the double jump.
Wall Jump: Face a wall, crouch, and release.
Soft Landing: Press or hold space shortly before landing on the ground to roll gracefully. This will negate fall damage from heights of 7 or fewer blocks. Any fall damage taken from greater heights will be greatly reduced.
