MOBS:

Merchant is an ancient mob, from the time of the sniffer. He loves amethyst, so if you bring a few stacks of amethysts you can trade with him. Spawns in jungle biomes, lush caves, and dripstone caves.

Chosender is an aggressive mob. He has enough strength to defeat a warden. He doesn't spawn naturally, you have to break a Gelatinous mushroom with your hands to make him appear. Don't try to go 3 blocks up, he breaks blocks.

The goose is a passive animal. You can see it walking around in many biomes with its yellowish chicks.
You can get goose meat and cook it.
