2D Arrow item texture model

This mod will replace the 3D arrow model with its 2D item texture model.
It will also remove the Critical particles (enabled by default).

Flat Arrow from the crossbow

Arrows shouted from a crossbow will be rendered flat (enabled by default).

Firework Rocket

The Firework Rocket got a little rework too, the model is scaled up
and will be flat if shouted from a crossbow.

Works with every texture pack

The default values of X/Y/Z rotation for the new arrow model are calculated
for the vanilla arrow item texture, so you may need to change these values
(via the config file) if the arrow is drawn in another way.
