Rain Control

A mod that adds a block that toggles rain. Also, a generator to generate energy for the rain block.

 AND a rain sensor.

Forge Energy, Redstone Flux API and Tesla API support.

Known issues:

• rain block accepts energy anytime *will be fixed in 1.3.1+
