The Quest Peripheral is a Block that allows a CC-Tweaked Computer to retrieve Quest data from FTB Quests.
Modifications like creating or deleting Quests, Chapters and Tasks are not implemented, as those would only be acceptable during modpack creation.
And users shouldn't be allowed to modify the quest books of Modpacks.
(And let's be real, making quests through a Lua command line would be so much more difficult than it has to be, when you can just use the FTB Quests GUI)
