Patchouli ROFL Edition

Adds a way to add guide books for mod developers and modpack developers. Please go to wiki for more information.

The difference between the fork an the original is this backports some features that should be in 1.12.2 and some fixes.

For now it adds a feature to pause game when you open the book on singleplayer. You can disable it if you want with setting "pause_game" key false on book.json.

But as i said it will be not the last feature and you can give suggestions on github or comments.
