With this mod with the OffHand you can't:

• place blocks;
• break blocks;
• interact with entities;
• use items on entities;

It prevents:

• involuntary placement of blocks;
• involuntary blocks breaking;
• involuntary use of items on entities;
• involuntary interaction with entities
