Improved Transport

This mod makes some improvements to the Minecraft transport system.

Including:

• Elytra only work in the end;
• Boats no longer accelerate on ice;
• Minecart speed increased by 1.5 times.

Any of these features can be disabled in the config file!

Plans for the near future:

• Add to the config the ability to return the elytra to work, but prohibit their fueling with fireworks, creating a glider out of them
• Work on the physics of minecarts, add more dependencies for speed (for example, the speed will decrease if the minecart rolls up) ((but I'm not sure, hehe))
• Maybe add a new transport, for example a canoe
