FX Lib

The goal of fx-lib was to add versatile particle effects using the vanilla particle rendering engine. Fx-lib adds one particle fx to the game but the particle itself is very easily modified to fit your use. In addition to the single particle effect there are also custom particle controllers that can be used to emit particles or change the motion/position of a particle. The custom particle effect can use any texture supplied by a resource location. The particles scale, alpha, and rgb can all be "key-framed" in a way so they change values as the particle ages.
