Friendly Chests

Backports the feature from 1.13 that lets chests stop social distancing (can be placed closer together).

This mod requires Fluidlogged API v1.9.0.2 or greater to function.

-Can be safely added to any already existing world!

-Supports all properly coded chests!

-Does not add any new blocks!
