Tired of manually clicking the 'Cycle Trades' button hundreds of times to get that perfect Mending book? Easy Auto Cycler is here to help! This simple client-side mod lets you configure your desired enchanted book trade and automatically cycles the trades for you until it finds it.
Key Features:
- Automated Librarian Cycling: Set your target enchantment, level, and max emerald cost using simple commands.
- One-Key Toggle: Start and stop the automatic cycling process with a single configurable keybind (default 'R').
- Dual-Mod Support: Works with either Easy Villagers or Trade Cycling mods (v1.3.0+ for NeoForge 1.21.1 only for now).
- Mod Enchantment Support: Works with any enchant added by any mod as long as you can actually get it from Villagers, just specify the Mod ID and Enchant ID.
- Client-Side Only: No need to install on the server!
How to Use:
- Open Config: Press the config keybind (Default: C) or click the "Cog" button added to the Villager Trade Screen.
- Set Target: In the GUI:
- Type the Enchantment ID (e.g., minecraft:mending). Suggestions will appear as you type (Tab accepts).
- Enter the desired Level.
- Enter the Max Emeralds you'll pay.
- Use the Cycle Delay button to choose speed (1-5 ticks, lower is faster).
- Click Save.
- Start/Stop Cycling:
- Open a Librarian's trade GUI (make sure the Cycle button would be active).
- Press the Toggle Auto Trade Cycling keybind (Default: R) OR click the new "Play" button added to the Villager Trade Screen.
- Press the keybind or click the button again to stop manually.
Requirements:
For Forge 1.20.1:
For NeoForge 1.21.1:
- Either Easy Villagers Mod OR Trade Cycling Mod (only one is required)
Just to note, I won't do much testing for NeoForge 1.21 and more just allowing it to run since there isn't any reason you should still be using it, but there's also no reason I should block you from using the 1.21.1 build with 1.21.
Please keep this in mind when using it with 1.21 and consider updating to 1.21.1 due to some critical issues with Minecraft itself on 1.21.
Planned:
- I may add support later for other types of Trades and not only enchanted books
Backport the dual mod support to 1.20.1Looked into it, so far doesnt seem possible or only very differently from my other approaches. Sucks.
