Do you want more control over your interactions with villagers? Do you get frustrated waiting forever for zombie villagers to convert back so you can trade? Does it bother you when you spend precious time converting and curing villagers only for the "demand" modifier to push prices back up? Do you want to be able to trade more with villagers without going all the way to "infinite" trades? This is the mod for you!
Current features of the mod
All tweaks below are disabled by default
- ModMenu integration for in-game changing of configs
- Override max trade count for villagers (anywhere from 1 to "max int"... basically infinite)
- Disable "demand" from changing item prices
- Control the amount of time (in ticks) it takes for a zombie villager to convert back after being fed a golden apple
- Lure villagers with emerald blocks or ore; temptation items can be customized via datapack (sample datapack here)
- Optionally prevent certain items from having their max trade count overridden
- Share reputation modifiers among all players in a world
- Ignore negative reputation modifiers when calculating trade prices
- Force zombie villager conversion when difficulty is lower than Hard
- New "Bagged Villager" item: shift-right-click a villager with a bundle to bag them up to take with you. Be careful, though: this can negatively affect your reputation!
- Display a countdown timer while a zombie villager is being converted

FAQ
Will you port this to any other modloaders?
As of version 4.2.0, the mod is available for both Fabric and NeoForge. Other loaders are not currently planned, but may be considered in the future.
Can I use this in a modpack?
Absolutely!
Does this mod support modded villagers?
Because of the way I implemented the trade overrides and zombie conversion, it should. However, if you run into issues with specific mods, please create an issue in the GitHub tracker for me to look into.
Credits / Inspiration
The idea for this mod came from my desire to have more granular control over villager trading than what is provided by existing (and awesome!) mods such as InfiniteVillagerTrading by Giselbaer and Infinite Trading by Serilum.
