RoC Weapons

So far this mod adds two weapons from my books:

Retort: A fast, high damage rapier. Belior's signature weapon.

Big Boy: An enormous, slow, hammer with massive damage. Used by Belior against heavily armored opponents.

These weapons are not yet obtainable in survival, but at some point I plan for that to change! Note, these weapons are incredibly powerful, so they will be incredibly hard to obtain. These are not balanced weapons. They are the weapons of a deity. They're also unbreakable and don't burn in lava. If I knew a way to make them cactus proof I would.
