Experience the Supermarine Spitfire LF Mk. IXc at first hand with this Immersive Vehicles Pack. Fly on the plane of the ace Johnnie Johnson, as it was when flown over the beaches of normandy during D-Day.

Spitfire LF mk

Requires Immersive Vehicles V18.5 and above!

Landing Gear Update out now!

Features:
- Realistic Animations. The plane is almost fully animated, Flaps, Control Surfaces, flight stick and much more!
- Complete Interior. Including full engine, cockpit and interior of wings and fuselage, all covered in details to make the experience as realistic as possible, without crossing minecraft's boundaries;
- Working Gauges. The IV gauges are used to their fullest, everything moves according to the plane, speed, tachometer, altimeter, compass and many others!
- Removable Panels. You can remove the engine and gun bay panels to work on said parts or just look at the details!
- Functioning Landing Gear! (Thanks to Laura Darkez from DKZ Industries for the help!). The landing gear lights are functional and display the position the gear is at, the landing gear lever also works.

How to assemble:
- Add the Rolls Royce Merlin 66 Engine to the open Engine Bay;
- Add the Spitfire Propeller to the Engine;
- Close up the Engine with the Spitfire Top and Botton Cowling parts; (Not required to fly)
- Open the left and right gun bays of the plane; (Not required to fly)
- The plane takes either 2x .303 Brownings MGs and 1x Hispano 20mm Cannon or 3x .303 Brownings MGs on each wing; (Not required to fly)
- Load the guns with their respective ammo (Depicted on the name); (Not required to fly)
- Close the gun bay panels; (Not required to fly)

How to fly (Assuming default settings);
- After assembling, get in the seat;
- Press "U" to open the control panel;
- Start the Magnetos;
- Hold the Starter button until the engine gets going (Fire might come out, but that is usual for those planes);
- Hold "I" to get the throttle up, The throttle lever will move on the left side of the cockpit;

- The plane will lift naturally when it gets up to speed.
- WASD Controls the main flight surfaces.
- Landing Gear is retractable in the control panel.

Plane controls are the same as Immersive Vehicles, press "P" to open the controls menu

Planned Features:
- Griffon Engines;
- More Liveries;
- More guns (.50 Cal);
- Different versions of the plane (Earlier and Later variants)/

Known Issues:
- Tail Wheel rotates 5 Degrees more than the rudder;
- Texture glitches slightly near the machine gun holes;

- Only one of the cannon bays is usable.

Report any other issues here and I will add them to the list and fix them during the next update. I'm not responsible for issues on the main mod, those should be reported on the Immersive Vehicles Github.
