Oddities requires GeckoLib in order to function.
Oddities is intended to expand the vanilla experience with a number of new blocks and items you'll find across your adventure, along with various tweaks to the Minecraft experience. Oddities alters several aspects of the main game, such as vanilla recipes and progression and may cause issues if paired with similar mods.
Oddities includes:
- Over 60 new decorative blocks that can be crafted or found in your world, including a new wood type: sapwood, found from rare maple trees.
- Speaking of, use a spigot to farm sap from maples. Perfect for curing the effects of the wither, or just making pancakes.
- Barter for new and unique items with wandering guild masters, found at wandering trader caravans. You may even find their crates lost in transit. Finders keepers.
- Tin, a new decorative ore with a number of unique uses. Combine your excess tin and copper to create bronze. A new material for all those projects where you don't want to waste your iron.
- New fine copper tools to compliment the brush, such as: the chisel and wrench.
- Carve calcite into three unique statues, perfect for garden decoration.
- The wrench may aid you in constructing a number of new machines and redstone components.
- The coil can harness lightning in a myriad of unique ways. Transform your items into spooky variants, or catch the lightning itself for more powerful contraptions.
- Use conveyers or the bluster to make transporting a breeze. Vertical redstone has never been easier.
- Craft a beholder to keep watch over your base. Perfect for when you're away rolling the new die block with your friends.
- Collect dungeon keys from across your world and use them to conquer monster spawners, granting you new loot. But don't worry, they're reactivate in time.
- Find false geodes for previously unobtainable loot and a new skeleton variant.
- Been to the Deep Dark? Craft the new scepter to convert all that experience into health.
- Small parity with Minecraft: Dungeons.
- Oddities features 5 new music discs by Mosswurk.
