This is Not Enough Glyphs, NEG for friends.
It mostly started based on custom ports of TooManyGlyphs due to the main dev not being able to keep up with mc updates immediately, later expanded with propagators from Omega and some stuff from Elemental.
Now it reached a state where it has its own unique stuff and will keep being a playground for some forms that can't make it to base Ars for various reasons or that simply need some feedback for the future.
Not Enough Glyphs feaures:
* Trail - Echoing Projectile Glyph: A projectile that resolves the spell on its trail some times before expiring, akin to a linger version of projectile
* Plow - The glyph missing from the "Spellbook of all trades" set, allows to plow the dirt and other hoe stuff
* Plane - A non-repeating version of linger, can be used to make the following spell aoe if it doesn't directly support it, but also to make circles, cylinders and hollow squares.
The SpellBinder: An alternative to the spellbook, the binder can hold up to 25 spells in the form of caster tomes or spell parchments, perfect for the spells you won't ever edit or for sharing spells without sharing a whole book.
- The spellbinder can also accept threads, like the ars armor. While the threads made for the armor fit inside the spellbinder, there is no guarantee they will work and might be patched out to not work at all. There are dedicated book threads to fill those slots:
- Focus Threads: Shapers or Summoning, or the Elemental ones if AE is loaded, can allow to trigger the glyph combos on spells cast from the binder, even if they won't give you the extra stats, to get potentially trifocus special effects or simply more versatility
- Randomize Thread: Do you like randomness? This thread gives each glyph in the spell a random buff or debuff
- Slow Power, Cheap Damage : This couple of threads are tradeoffs, one slows down your spells but gives you a spell power buff, the other makes them a lot cheaper but makes them very weak. Stat tuning is likely to happen in beta phase
Regarding the repack of other addons glyphs, they will disable themselves when/if the original addon is present. This includes also some custom behaviors they might have.
