Note: This mod is still alpha. The author will not take responsibility for any data break caused by this mod. Known data break risk is warned on this page, but I cannot guarantee there isn't any hidden. Please keep your data backed up while playing and updating!!!

Note: In alpha versions with number 0.x.y, ensure you have read the warnings below before any update. It's not recommended to auto-update with curseforge app, which can make you miss warnings. Every update in alpha versions could cause unexpected issues, some of which could cause permanent data break. 

I will post warnings, update instructions and known issue solutions on this main page below, sometimes including what you should do to prevent data loss before updating. Refactor could happen at any time in alpha versions, sometimes making the save data not fully compatible with older versions. If so, I will post instructions to port old save data to new versions. Data break or in-game property loss (items, mobs, etc.) are likely to happen if you don't follow them. I don't take any responsibility for bad outcomes caused by not seeing the information before updating, and will not make any response for issues of which solutions have been posted on this page.

DATA INCOMPATIBILITY: 0.x.26's BLOCKS AND MOB RESPAWNERS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE with 0.x.25. Collect all blocks (Soul Carpet, Luminous Terracotta etc.) and release all mobs from respawners/storage pods (including storage from other mods) onto the world before update!!

DATA INCOMPATIBILITY: 0.x.26's save data is INCOMPATIBLE WITH 0.x.24 or below. Open the game with 0.x.25 at least once and releases all mobs from respawners/storage pods before updating to 0.x.26.

WARNING: 0.x.25 update has save data format change. Keep the save data backed up before updating!!!

The old save data will be auto ported when updating from 0.x.24, but NEVER roll the version back from 0.x.25 to 0.x.24 or the whole save data will permanently break!!

WARNING: 0.x.25 has a known issue that using other mod's mob storage item to store this mod's mob can cause crash and mob vanishing. DO NOT STORE MOBS WITH OTHER MODS' ITEMS in 0.x.25!!! Before updating please release all mobs from storage items onto the world.

KNOWN ISSUE: If error report shows something related to BefriendMobs version, just remove the BefriendMobs jar file in /mod folder. Now the lib is packed into dwmg jar file.
