Logic Chips

This Mod adds Logic Gates as "Chips" and a "Chip Frame". 

Each Chip has a Cheatsheet on it self:

 Right Click with a Chip in an empty Chip Frame to insert it or remove a Chip that way.

It doesn't use an item render like the item frames, which can cause lag, but saves the item via the block state in the chip frame and updates its behavior
