Legendary Monuments is a mod that adds more immersive ways to obtain multiple Legendary and Mythical Pokemon by adding unique summoning mechanics, new structures and new items.

Whether you’re collecting footprints, crafting ancient urns and collecting pokemon souls, or finding your way through a labyrinth or even answering questions, Legendary Monuments makes finding Legendaries fun rather than simply waiting for them to spawn somewhere, sometimes staying afk for hours.

➕ Mechanics

Legendary Monuments adds the following mechanics to get legendaries:

5% chance of getting a nightmare essence or a lunar feather when sleeping around a Dreamcatcher block, to than use them to craft whistles to spawn Cresselia and Darkrai

Footprint and Cosmic Dust mechanic, footprints spawn all around the overworld and by collecting 50 of the same type you can get a Sword of Justice; cosmic dust spawns all over the end and by collecting 50 with a cosmic bag you get a Cosmog, you also get berries when you get the swords of justice that allow you to craft a Keldeo Dango to summon Keldeo

Eternatus Cocoon, you have to insert 500 galar particles (new ore) at the eternatus cocoon block to spawn Eternatus

➕ Not Just a Legendary Spawning Mod

Legendary Monuments, as of 5.0 adds equipment like regi pauldrons, a new villager profession for you to acquire maps to the structures and other stuff, and more, and will have a lot more in the future

🎮 Commands

To locate structures you can use:

/locate structure legendarymonuments:"structure_name"

To get items from the mod (which are also available on the creative tab) you can use:

/give @s legendarymonuments:"item_name"

To manually place a structure added by the mod, you can use;

/place structure legendarymonuments:"structure_name"

📦 Required Mods

These are required for Legendary Monuments to function properly:

•Cobblemon – The core Pokémon mod

•Chipped – Provides building blocks used in structures

•Trinkets – (Needed for Showdown too) Regipauldrons are equipped in a Trinkets slot

•Cobblefurnies – We use some decorations from it, like statues

•Cobblemon: Mega Showdown – Adds models, animations, items (like Rusted Sword/Shield), fusions, Dynamax, mega evolution and more

💡 Extra Notes

•All Legendaries that have a spawn added by the mod have a 2% chance to be shiny

•One-time summon per player per structure (Except for dragonspiral tower where you can get Zekrom and Reshiram), each player on a server can get 1 legendary from the same pedestal.

•Models for certain Pokémon (like the Swords of Justice) require side mods or resource pack (I recommend Shadow’s Cobblemon Modpack for the swords of justice models and many other missing models.

📥 Installation

1. Download the .jar from Modrinth
2. Drop it into your Minecraft mods folder alongside the required mods
3. Launch and start your legendary journey!
