Adds tags for Deep Resonance to InGame Info XML.
Tags added:
- drradiation - Returns the current radiation level at the player's position (Returns 0 or "NaN" if no radiation is present)
Example usage:
<line> <str>Radiation: </str> <var>drradiation</var> </line>
