
Enhance the integration between Improved Mobs and Scaling Health by letting the latter controls the former.
The problem we need to deal with is, in 1.12.2 versions of these two mods, when they are both presented, ImprovedMobs does use the difficulty data of Scaling Health, but they strengthen mobs respectively, leading to mob's sharply growing ability and becoming overpowered to players.
Currently it disables the Scaling Health's mob strengthening mechanics, so that we can let Improved Mobs to deal with these. Meanwhile, it disables the Improved Mobs' difficulty mechanics with its value display, and let it fetch the difficulty data brewed by Scaling Health. By stitching them together, we enhance the integration between Improved Mobs and Scaling Health, by letting the latter controls the former, and they will both do what they do best.
