Gkoliver's Super Tinkers Construct
Adds three new TiC parts (More to come); Super Pain (Does a ton of damage), Super Quick (Goes super fast - the dream of people who want a quick crossbow), and Communism (explodes if you have both a Hammer and a Scythe in your inventory when you hit someone).

ALSO: Please stop debating in the comments section about communism or anything of the sort. The material is a random feature I added for fun, and not indicative of my political beliefs, just as a Roman material doesn't indicate that I want the Roman Empire back. Calm down.
