omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg

A new update is actively being worked on, however a new update will not be dropping any time soon, so please wait patiently

this mod is not finished by any means. anything you see or use in the pack may not be final. The current list of cars in this mod is small, however over time the list will slowly grow

This pack requires Immersive Vehicles

At the moment, this pack has the bare minimum to work immersive Vehicles V17.4 or newer.

This pack is not recommended for survival worlds and servers as this pack is undergoing various changes, though it wont be game breaking or anything if you choose to use it in those ways. Parts and vehicles may get "removed" from your world from update to update due to changing part IDs and such.

yay it's one year old and out of date

 Old description (as of 6/23/2020)

This mod contains several car brands, with each brand playing a role for it's real life counterparts. Ranging from knockoff Hondas, to copyright free Pontiac Azteks, this mod has a sample of cars you might see rolling around your town. (depending on where you live, that is)

Features: hubcaps and rims, realistic engine sounds, realistic vehicle performance, and decent detail without hurting your framerate (In newer/remodeled vehicles)

simulated suspension is not available at the moment due to MTS "technical difficulties"

Hazards are not required as the system for lights have changed

Cars from: Europe

----------------------------

 BKM (Germany)

iC series

The C series is a "line" of luxury coupes that could be defined as sports cars. Base trims start with a 1.8 liter inline 4, but also have options for an inline 6. (inline 6 not available at the moment)

Early 90s iC

iS series

The S series consists of a standard line of Luxury sedans, though occasionally makes wagons from time to time. Normally these cars have a V6, (or in more recent times a i4) however as usual higher trims provide V8s and V10s, depending on how much money you have at your disposal, and if it's after the year 1996. All. (V8 and V10 not available at the moment)

Early 90s iC sedan and wagon

What is new and what has changed?

CVTs have been repurposed to function as manuals

Added Misaku X5

Face-lifted a few old vehicles to make them less painful to the eye

New wheels

Wheels have been redone (Got complaints from other pack creators about the old wheels)

New sounds

New engines

item icons now are cleaned up and don't look like they were screenshots from different low budget games

On paper its not much and i keep forgetting what's been changed

If you've been following GAMCP for a little while, you may have noticed that this pack has been totally in the dark hasn't ANY updates for quite a few months. A planned "v2 pre release update" was planned but then later scrapped for various reasons. v2 is now on full priority, and it won't be any small update by any means. It may be better than you expect, if your looking at what GAMCP currently offers.

As much as I hate to, I may drop a sneak peak version for now to make this several month wait less painful because a lot has happened during this period of non-updating. Think of it more as a demo or something

Some content will crash your game

Use a creative test world to test which vehicles crash your game

Parts/Content to avoid:

Any CVT engine that doesn't have the name "Tamaha" in it

evmotor_teslus_ludicrous

Cars will be remade from scratch. This means but is not limited to:

- No more "is this a [insert licenced car brand here] trying to pass as off an [insert licenced car brand here]?"

- Cars will have proper scaling and proportions(mostly). A sedan won't be the size of a large SUV and cars shouldn't be crazy wide like the were before.

- you can't call my cars boxy anymore. if you don't know what i'm talking about, here's a hint: Ford focus ripoff (you know who you are if you know what i'm talking about)

- Better interiors that make driving in first person have some redeeming factors

- Some (very little) level of modifications (Spoilers, roofracks, etc)

- Cars will have 9 color/skin options (or multiples of 9 if more colors/skins are added) to make the creative inventory of this pack cleaner and more organized

- Realistic, better made models

- More details and higher quality models (GAMCP will still maintain some sort of balance between detail and polygon count in the models, but the bar for new models are set much higher)

engines will have a large overhaul. This means but is not limited to:

- Better engine models that arent copy pastes of the same model a billion times so MTS/IV won't crash

- Better/balanced performance and relibality

- Automatic engines will no longer blow your ears (and the engine itself) out (This ties in with the previous statement on this list)

- ACTUALLY FUNCTIONAL CVT transmissions (If your unaware of what a CVT transmission is, it's like a gearbox with infinte gears which results in better and/or smoother acceleration. Usually CVTs are found on newer cars, but have been around for quite a while now)

- (fake) hybrid engines- Smoother, more realistic gearboxes (outdated)

- Much, much better and/or dynamic engine sounds. Cranking sounds have been cleaned up, and annoying seatbelt chimes are still around (because duh it's GAMCP)
Extras. This means but is not limited to:

- Electric powered cars will no longer be unrealistically silent and will have some kind of wind or tire noise

- Plans for SpeedFactor 0.3 and SpeedFactor 0.5 support versions
