A very small mod that allows players to to collect water from rain, you can configure how much water per tick gets collected via the config
How to use:
- Put a vanilla iron bucket in your main hand or off hand
- Walk outside when its raining
- Make sure there is sky access above you the player and there isn't any blocks in between you and the sky
- Wait in till it gets converted to a Vanilla water bucket
